Return and Exchange Policy – HUUBGLASNI

At HUUBGLASNI, we are committed to ensuring our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer an easy return and exchange policy. Please read the following conditions to understand our return and exchange process. By purchasing from HUUBGLASNI, you agree to the terms set forth in this policy.

1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
✔ The product must be unused and in its original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
✔ The item must be returned with all manuals, warranty cards, and any related documentation.
✔ The return request must be made within 30 days of receiving the order.
✔ The product must not show any signs of wear, damage, or misuse.
✔ Sale or clearance items are non-returnable unless they are defective.

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
✔ Final sale or clearance items
✔ Personalized or custom-made products
✔ Gift cards and promotional items
✔ Used, altered, or damaged items due to improper use

If an item does not meet the return eligibility, it will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

3. RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

Step 1: Request a Return Authorization (RA) Number
✔ Email info@huubglasni.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
✔ Provide your order number, product details, and reason for the return.
✔ Our team will review your request and issue a Return Authorization (RA) Number if eligible.

Step 2: Package the Item Securely
✔ Place the item in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and documentation.
✔ Use a sturdy shipping box to ensure the item is protected during return shipping.
✔ Clearly write the Return Authorization (RA) Number on the outside of the package.

Step 3: Ship the Return
✔ Ship the return package using a reliable courier service with tracking and insurance (e.g., UPS, FedEx, DHL).
✔ Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
✔ HUUBGLASNI is not responsible for lost or damaged returns, so we recommend fully insuring the package.

Step 4: Inspection & Refund Processing
✔ Once received, our team will inspect the returned item within 5-7 business days.
✔ If approved, we will process a refund or exchange, depending on your preference.

4. REFUND POLICY

Refunds will be issued based on the following conditions:
✔ Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
✔ Refunds may take 7-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
✔ Shipping fees, customs duties, and insurance costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.
✔ If the item does not meet our return conditions, it will be sent back to you without a refund.

5. EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges for eligible returns under the following conditions:
✔ The exchange request must be made within 30 days of receiving your product.
✔ The item must be unused and in its original condition.
✔ If the new item has a higher value, you will need to pay the price difference.
✔ If the new item has a lower value, the difference will be refunded to the original payment method.

6. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order:

✔ Email info@huubglasni.com with your order number, photos of the damage, and a description of the issue.
✔ We will provide a prepaid return label for defective or incorrect items.
✔ A replacement item will be sent once we receive and inspect the returned product.

7. ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

✔ Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
✔ After 24 hours, cancellations may be subject to a 10% restocking fee if the order has been processed or shipped.
✔ Custom or personalized orders cannot be canceled once production begins.

To cancel an order, email info@huubglasni.com with the subject “Order Cancellation Request.”

8. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

✔ International customers are responsible for return shipping fees, duties, and taxes.
✔ HUUBGLASNI is not responsible for customs fees on returned items.
✔ Refunds will be processed in USD and may be subject to exchange rate fluctuations.
