Refund and Returns Policy

At Huubglasni, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we offer a straightforward Refund and Returns Policy to make the return process as easy as possible.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return most items purchased from Huubglasni within 30 days from the date of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The items must meet the following conditions:

  • The product is unused and in its original, undamaged packaging.
  • The item is not personalized or customized.
  • The product is not on our list of non-returnable items (see section below).

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, some items cannot be returned. These may include:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Gift cards
  • Used equipment or worn apparel
  • Any products marked as final sale on our website

3. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@huubglasni.com or call us at (270) 242-2617 within 30 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  2. Pack the Item: Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, instructions, and any additional materials that came with the product.
  3. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return reaches us safely.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If the item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs and offer a full refund or replacement, depending on your preference.
  • Restocking Fee: In some cases, we may charge a restocking fee of up to 15% for returned items that are not in their original condition, such as items with missing parts or damaged packaging.

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, we recommend processing the return and placing a new order for the desired item. You can initiate a return as outlined above and use your refund towards your new purchase.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please check your bank account again or contact your credit card company, as it may take additional time for the refund to process.
