  • Domestic Shipping: We currently offer shipping services within the United States. We do not yet offer international shipping but are working towards expanding our global shipping options. Please check our website for future updates on international delivery availability.

2. Shipping Methods and Costs

We offer various shipping options depending on your location and urgency. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions of your order, and the shipping destination.

Available shipping methods include:

  • Standard Shipping:

    • Estimated delivery time: 3-7 business days.
    • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
  • Expedited Shipping:

    • Estimated delivery time: 1-3 business days.
    • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
  • Two-Day Shipping:

    • Estimated delivery time: 2 business days.
    • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or we made an error in processing your order.

3. Processing Time

  • Order Processing: After placing your order, please allow 1-2 business days for processing. Processing time includes verifying the payment, preparing your items for shipment, and finalizing the order.

  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. This email will include a link to track the status of your shipment.

Please note that during high-demand periods, such as holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

4. Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, certain factors may cause delays in shipment, including:

  • Weather conditions: Severe weather events can delay shipments.
  • Holidays: Peak shopping seasons like holidays may affect shipping times due to carrier volume.
  • Carrier delays: Once your order has shipped, it is in the hands of third-party carriers (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS), and we are not responsible for any delays caused by their operations.

5. Tracking Information

After your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information to monitor the status of your shipment. You can use the tracking number to track your package directly through the carrier’s website.

6. Shipping Addresses

It is important to provide the correct and complete shipping address when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses. Please double-check the address before completing your purchase.

7. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect address information, refusal, or inability to deliver, we will notify you and arrange for reshipment at your expense. If the item is not claimable or returned to us after multiple delivery attempts, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund, minus the shipping costs.

8. Order Issues

If your package is lost, damaged, or not delivered within the expected time frame, please contact us immediately at info@huubglasni.com. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. In the case of damage, please retain the packaging and take photos, as these may be required for filing claims with the shipping carrier.

9. Gift Shipments

If you are shipping an order to a gift recipient, you may enter their address as the shipping address during checkout. However, you are still responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the shipping information.

Please note that gift receipts or invoices will not include pricing information, but we do provide detailed invoices to the billing address.

10. International Shipping (Coming Soon)

At this time, Huubglasni only offers shipping within the United States. We are in the process of expanding our shipping capabilities to international locations. Please check back for updates on international shipping options.
